I ship USPS with international shipping where provided by eBay. I pack with great care.

COSTS: You are now getting discounted eBay shipping
costs as I ship through eBay. I
try my very best to be as accurate as possible with shipping weights for
determination of cost. If actual
shipping cost is less than you paid, the difference as close as possible, extending
beyond what would be regular USPS shipping costs, will be refunded back into your paying account. I do not charge a handling fee or costs for
shipping supplies. I personally package all items and I do so with great care.
So, please, before you leave a negative or less than a 5-star rating on
shipping charges, consider these things and realize that I have no control over
what the post-office or other carriers charge. I am only covering my actual
costs. Please note: An item may get listed before I have an
accurate shipping weight (due to not having correct size box). I refund
overpaid postage (read above).
Refunds are only accepted if I have grossly misrepresented my items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued only after I have received the item shipped back to me in
the same condition it was in when I originally shipped the item to the
buyer.
If
item is damaged please provide pictures of broken item and I will then issue a
refund. This is for insurance claims and with this I will need a phone number
and email address as requires by all shipping carriers
Unfortunately more and more bidders are deciding NOT
to pay for an item once they bid on and win it. I have a zero tolerance for
this kind of activity on eBay and it will result in a non-paying bidder case
being opened with eBay. Due to this rapidly growing problem payment is now due
within 3 days of an auction ending.
I hope all of the honest bidders out there can
understand and please realize that these changes aren’t caused by you. Thanks
